Hi, thank you so far for all your help, here is an update:
DCBlegal called me twice one day but I missed the calls since I was at work (checked the number online and seems to be DCBlegal), I assume that would be the "threatening call" that is fine to ignore?
I've also received the Directions Questionnaire (form N180) and I need to complete it then send to the court office and the claimant by 25th Sep (but I've only received it yesterday).
I have a few questions here:
1. Since I will have to email CNBC (ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk) and the claimant the Directions Questionnaire (form N180) as well, to which email should I email it to for the claimant? (DCBlegal? but the Claimant on the form is Cp Plus Ltd T/a Groupnexus) May I assume DCBlegal would be the solicitor of Cp Plus Ltd T/a Groupnexus? If so which of their email should I send it to?
2. English is not my first language (although Im pretty much fine if I have to say so myself), would that be advisable to get an interpreter (just in case some difficult legal terms that I might not be able to understand instantly?)? Do I have to pay for it?
3. "Have you been advised of your right to give evidence in either Welsh or English?" what exactly does this mean? should I just say yes?
Again, your help is appreciated.0 -

1. Send to info@ (DCB Legal's email only).
2. As above but there won't be a hearing anyway because they'll discontinue in 2025.
3. It's not applicable because you aren't Welsh. Doesn't matter how you answer it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you very much for your replies!
Putting this template at the D1 for the reasons why the answer is no"1. I am not content for the case to be heard 'on the papers' because that seems to disproportionately give an advantage to a legally represented party. I feel strongly after all these months of intimidating demands from this aggressive parking firm and their agents, that I need a voice at an attended hearing.
(seems to be a bit too long, the space there cant include the whole thing, but Ill copy and paste this up there anyway, just change "all these years" to "all these months" to suit my case
2. I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence at a hearing in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions.
3. Given the Claimant is a firm who complete cut & paste parking case paperwork for a living, having this case heard solely on papers would appear to put the Claimant at an unfair advantage, especially as they would no doubt prefer the Defendant not to have the opportunity to expose the issues in the Claimants template submissions or speak as the only true witness to events in question."
One last question before I send this out: what should I put as the "Name of court" (at the very top of the form)?

At this stage you are still dealing with the CNBC.2 -

No idea how the OP found the old (wrong) email address when the right one for the DQ is shown in both the NEWBIES thread and the Template Defence thread...unless I've missed an edit?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ive probably found it while searching for the answers for the new questions in the DQ. Thank you for spotting it and correcting me! The DQ has been sent to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and info@dcblegal.co.uk!3
