    You might be wise to phone Lincoln court in the morning for confirmation that the Notice of Discontinuance has been filed with them.

    Looks like I might have missed it because I always try to confirm transfer to the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame in the substantive thread. Blame it on the spotty connectivity here in the southern hemisphere! 😄

     I have been following you on your journey and just want to say well done! I am in mediation stage at the moment so was really helpful to see that you didn't even need your WS in the end. They seemed to have discontinued before your deadline?

    Anyway thank you for your helpful tips in the WS stage as I shall probably be using them soon....
