Who issued the discontinuance ? The claimant VCS or their lawyers ?
Well done for sticking with it, JB loses out yet again

@Drivad. If it is DCB Legal who've discontinued this, please tag me in with confirmation and I'll include your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just ensure that you update your address with the DPO at VCS when you move house, ditto with your driving licence and V5C with the DVLA, ditto with all other relevant parties in your lives , banks, energy, council everyoneAs an aside, we recently won a case against TfL and the adjudicators instructed them to refund any payments made.(We hadn't paid anyway, so just an FYI.)2 -
Oh well done. I am chuffed for you. In RRTechie's case, the judge dismissed the first PCN because he did not believe he stopped with the intent of dropping off. He allowed the second PCN though because he believed the driver stopped for the specific purpose of picking up, even though it wasn't true.
Perhaps it was your proof that you intended to go to the dedicated pick up/drop off car park and thus there was no intent to breach Ts and Cs at the traffic lights that convinced VCS to pull out.I married my cousin. I didn’t share any evidence regarding this with them, and it was Bristol airport who claimed it must have been a deliberate act. I think they knew they didn’t have a case and just wanted to threaten me into paying by abusing the justice system. This can’t be allowed to continue5

Well done, @Drivad, and everyone else whose help is so much appreciated. I now have a very good example to follow, since your case is almost a carbon copy of mine.3
