    I have a Claim Form, a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track, and a Notice of Hearing. No Notice of Allocation.

    And the Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track came from the CNBC not the local court?

    I reckon the local court will send hearing directions in a separate envelope next week. Often the hearing date arrives separately to actual Directions but assume that WS are required at least two weeks before that hearing date.

    Correct, from the CNBC. Will keep an eye out for anything else.

    Still no Notice of Allocation or any other details from the court.
    Bit concerned as I'm due to be travelling for 3 weeks starting next week, so if any docs are required more than 2 weeks before the hearing date I won't know about it.
    Have chased up the court but no reply.
    They don't make it easy!

    Why not just do your WS and evidence this week so it's filed & served already? I would.

    Recent WS examples are by:

    @Defendant911

    @imulsion

    @Harry77

    And in the NEWBIES thread I list all likely exhibits, so you can focus quickly and put this together in one evening.

    WS stage is just your story to support your defence, plus evidence. That won't change so do it now.

    Not sure of the best way to do this, but I've taken the broad shape from RRTechie's WS (as similar conditions) and added a few other relevant bits.
    It needs tidying up, which I don't have time to do at the moment (along with adding Exhibits etc), but would be hugely appreciative of any feedback on the content.
    In correspondence with Bristol Airport, they've cast doubt that I ever had any intention to drive to the Meet & Greet, hence the mention of whatsapp screenshots to show that intent. May not be relevant?

    I think the Whatapp proof of intention to drive to the Meet & Greet is very relevant.

    Good WS but I don't think the final section 'additional costs' is strong enough and it didn't work in the case that RRTechie lost (his green light PCN). Beware, some Judges need more than this short point.

    Far better arguments are in the Template Defence, including findings by the DLUHC in their Impact Assessment and relying upon ParkingEye v Somerfield (High Court decision later ratified by the Court of Appeal), which DID deal with the false added costs that were never incurred.

    So apparently this is only a preliminary hearing which I why I haven’t received the notice of allocation. Does this change things at all?
