Wow that's quite lengthy so hopefully they got lots of good information down. I would advise you call the DWP tomorrow or friday to request assessment report copy as they should get it quite quickly.
I know lol, it was long, so hopefully, they got lots of good information which will go in my favour lol. I got a text message from DWP 30 minutes after stating they have received my report, so I phoned PIP up and I asked the lady if she can send me a copy of my report, so she has, she has requested for it to be posted to my address, so hopefully, I should get it this week or after the bank holiday.

Excellent.... gets you ahead of the game as decision may take weeks but it is quite likely to reflect that report.

Once you receive the report towards the back there will be descriptors/activities. Next to each one there will either be a tick or dot, which will be in either box A, B, C, D, E or F. You can use the PIP self test to transfer those dots from the report into the test and it will add up any potential points.https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-self-test at the end it will tell you what points (if any) and what award. Mostly they go with the report, it's rare they go against it, though it can happen.

Update: God, my PIP assessment nearly took 2 hours, finally done. I got asked questions on how my conditions affect me daily. So, my assessment report has now been sent to DWP to make a decision to see if I get awarded PIP or not.
I also recorded the call, so I got my back covered if anything goes wrong like, I need to appeal.
    It's just a waiting game now. :)
Thanks for updating us. Have a rest, a long assessment is really exhausting, but is also a sign that you did really well and got plenty of information across to the assessor.

I'm just wondering, do you think I wasted my energy and my time with this assessment on the phone on Wednesday? because other people with more serious health issues gets turned down for PIP when they first applied, but what chance of I got, if other people get turned down?

I applied for PIP because of my dislocated knee cap, which happened last March, and too this day, it still hasn't healed and my leg won't bend and still struggling to walk. It's a struggle getting in and out of the bath to have a shower, and while I have a shower, I bring my computer chair into the bathroom to hold on to as my leg isn't stable enough and I also said I can't stand for more then 20 minutes as well to make a good meal as my leg starts to hurt with cramp which I told the assessor this on the phone and she said, my god, you not having a good time are you and she said ouch when I told her how my dislocated knee cap happened. It's even harder getting out of the bath as I got to be very careful and think on which is the best way to get out to avoid another dislocation which I told her this.

I also have Agoraphobia and social anxiety and panic attacks as I haven't been outside since my dislocation which last time I went out was April last year, and she said oh noo, it looks like you are isolated. I told her, that I get panic attacks and suicidal thoughts when Job Centre always gets in touch with appointments as the thought of going outside is worrying me and make me having panic attacks, and I also when I have panic attacks, my heart beats fast, I get sweaty with my hands as well etc. I don't like being around people, I always get my post when other people are asleep as I am in a block with 3 other flats, and soon as they have gone sleep, I go out of my flat door quietly and check my post box (thank god, I am on a ground floor flat) and I also got Dyslexic as I struggle to understand the meaning of words which I told her all of this information with my conditions.

So, going from all of this, do you think I stand a good chance of getting PIP or have I wasted my time?

Jack... Jack.. Jack... you're ruminating and probably this is the very time it has no value.  I know you'll be anxious.. that's why you're replaying your assessment in your mind and I've been there too many times... but crucially we know you're about to see your PIP assessment report. That report is nearly always effectively rubber stamped later as the decision although on occasions not. When that report arrives you will have an excellent idea of whether you're about to be awarded PIP... it should detail what descriptor applies for all 12 activities and even the durability of a potential award (i.e. when you next should be reviewed). If you have the details of those descriptors the assessor decided to apply and relay them here then I would say with well over 95% assurance we will be able to tell you if you'll be awarded PIP. Right now we'd be guessing... wait a day or two (possibly early next week if not by tomorrow) and you'll get a good answer!

And remember many who do get turned down for PIP end up successfully challenging the decision... so even if the report is not as you hope... there's ways forward. The fact your assessment lasted significant time means there's good chance they got good information and listened... one of the main reasons people often fail with their initial application is because quite the opposite happens.

If you get turned down, challenge it. Three members of my family get PIP, all were turned down initially and all won on appeal.

What ultimately matters is whether, according to the descriptors, you qualify.  What the assessor thinks is irrelevant overall - if you get an appropriate award off the back of an assessment, great, but if not you can challenge it if you believe you should qualify based on the descriptors and how the activities are assessed.

You've been given a lot of links in the past so hopefully you know where and how many points you should score, but if not you still have time to have a read and work out what you think an appropriate award should be.  You'll need to know in order to decide whether you should challenge whatever decision comes.
