Thanks Stoop,
Have used this before with nuisance callers but forgot where it was.0 -
Greenhouse has arrived! Two packages and BOTH damaged. Photos taken and boxes put in the shed. Waiting to hear from Kybotech to see if it is worth unpacking (can see Poly sheets damaged already), how long will I have to wait for replacement parts? Or should I just get the whole thing swapped out? Mind you my plants will probably of died by then (tomato plants getting a little shrivelled) and then Winter will be here!

Update!
No reply to any of my emails and now the 0800 number is out of order, SURPRISE! SURPRISE!0 -
Before you buy a shed from this outfit try ringing customer service and see if you can get through.Emailing them is a joke.I have just tried buying a shed from them and quite honestly they are a complete waste of time. You can get through to the sales line for them to take your money, seems like this is the only thing they are good at.it goes downhill from here onwards0

Customer Service
Regarding current customer satisfaction levels I am confident we are not only operating at a much higher level than last year, but also a much higher level than our competitors... even with the current wonderful weather putting despatches and stock under pressure. We have conducted informal surveys which give us service ratings in the high 90% levels reflecting ratings on our own site. If anyone would like the results of these then please PM me, indeed if anyone has any problems with their orders then you may of course PM me.
Kybotech is a solid, substantial family business run by a strong, experienced management team and a committed, skilled and loyal workforce.
We are constantly striving to improve our customer offering.
We listen and learn and act

Unbelievable!
Listen, Learn & Act.
This story would bring a tear to a glass eye!
Comments made by customers after this statement clearly show the same shoddy service as always, even after the chance to PM the MD!
Still the old plug about 90/97% satisfaction. Audited, checked and carried out internally of course, which means there is no substance to it whatsoever.

It is impossible to get through to them. I only wish I had searched for feedback on moneysavingexpert before ordering from them. I had no problem with receiving the product apart from the fact that the full shed did not arrive first time and they did not give me more than one and a half a days notice before delivery. Totally inconvenient for someone that works full time. It is nearly impossible for me to take time off at such short notice.
Here is the story:
I ordered a shed. Was given one and a half days notice for this. I asked if they could reschedule because I work full time and cannot take time off at such short notice. I was told: "You are lucky to even get one and half days notice. One days notice is generally the norm!".
So pleaded with boss to get time off. Luckily did. But when shed arrived 2 front doors were missing. I tried ringing the 0871 number given on the dispatch confirmation and 3 out of the 4 times I got a message saying that the "mailbox was full". When I finally did get through to them I was kept on hold for 30 mins. Nice little earner for them at 10p a minute!!
When I got through, was told that missing doors would be delivered within 7 working days. Fine, but I told person on the phone that as it was their mistake for not delivering full shed, I really needed more notice next time. No commitment from person on the phone but was told that they would look into this.
A week later I get a phone call saying that shed would arrive the following day. I said that this was a joke and there was no way I could do this. I had a day of back-to-back meetings. Kybotech agreed to deliver before 9am so that I could be home for delivery and then hurry to work. Guess what!?! This was an empty promise. I waited until 9.15am and then had to ask a neighbour whether they would accept delivery for me. Needless to say they had other plans but agreed to stay home until delivery arrived. The shed finally arrived at 11am (not even close to 9am!). This caused me great embarrassment with neighbours as it did inconvenience them.
I wrote to complain and here is there reply: "Many thanks for your email regarding delivery of your doors for your BillyOh Super Store 4' x 2', we are sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced and the poor customer service received. Regrettably you should not of been guarantee a delivery time because we are unable to see any delay that may arise on the roads etc, which if the case we can only apologies for any will investigate this internally to ensure this does not occur again.
Please be assured this is not our usual level of customer service and be assured if you have any further problems we will ensure we do our best to ensure all is resolved in a timely manner."
No mention of the fact that they only give one day notice for delivery. So be warned, this company is only good for people that work from home, have flexible working arrangements with their employer or don't have a job.0 -

both waltons and kybotech are as bad as each other! As I type I've been on hold for 40 minutes with waltons not for the first time this week, before I realised kybotech were not associated with waltons anymore I called their offices and they give an on hold estimate of 35 minutes0
