I emailed Kybotech through their online form, through a direct email address and by PM to Mr Walton through this site. I also tried calling and tried to "track" my order through their website. Guess what?????
NOTHING!!!!!
This company needs to get its finger out and actually respond to its customers concerns. When the hell will I get my shed?!!! I need it by next week latest as I will be going on holiday and their "promised delivery" was within 2 weeks, but probably sooner.0 -
I have been chasing Kybotech for the past week regarding a Greenhouse ordered on the 12th May. Waited an hour to get through on their 0871 number on 19th May to be told my order was definitely on the system and that it would be with me on the 21st (today). I was told an email confirming that it had been shipped would be sent. Nothing! I have emailed every address I can find and those put on this forum but other than the automated response, I have still to receive an answer. If I don't get the greenhouse today I will be cancelling. I think this is definitely one for Watchdog! (and Trading Standards)0

Don't waste money calling their 0870 number, use the freephone sales number and insist they put you through to the right person. If they try to fob you off saying they can't then they're lying because they've done it for me before0800 169 6016“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

I placed an order for a 10ft trampoline last thursday and when i phoned i was told it would be delivered today. It hasn't been. I phoned at about 3pm and was told it was "out for delivery" with "night freight" who i assume is a courier. I waited in all day for it but it hasn't come. Should I be concerned. I cannot afford to re-order another one.xWildly my mind beats against you, yet the soul obeys. :heartpuls

No delivery today even though I had an email to confirm 21/5. We even called the Freephone number and was informed that it was definitely out for delivery and they could delivery up to 7pm. NO DELIVERY!
We will call again tomorrow and keep on calling until someone can give us the truth! I will be looking at taking up some Web space www.customersagainstkybotech.com maybe! I notice the Kybotech Voice is awfully quiet, maybe on holiday, maybe out travelling the country with my GREENHOUSE!
I wait to read his/her long defence, trying to decipher what they are saying between the spelling mistakes!

The only way to expose these people is to make sure Kybotech and their subsidiary sites always feature high up the list on Google searches so people are aware of their terrible reputation.

[ClickPress, Fri Apr 11 2008] A handsome turnover last year has meant Kybotech Ltd, a leading online retailer in the home and leisure sector, is proud to announce its inclusion in Real Business Magazines accredited ‘Hot 100’ Fastest Growing Entrepreneurial Companies for 2008. This comes as Kybotech declared incremental 59% growth since 2004.
The report, conducted in association with LDC, a private equity company, and Lloyds TSB, identifies those companies excelling in the current UK economy providing a rather healthier outlook than the imminent credit crunch would have us believe. The report further outlines entrepreneur’s ability to capitalise on emerging markets, exploit new technologies and deliver low priced products to consumers. Kybotech stands a key exponent of these attributes; widely sourcing raw materials to find a price that appeases the consumer and business, demonstrating competent online capabilities including cutting edge image prototyping for an enhanced shopping experience and the exploration of multiple niche markets from garden furniture to fitness equipment.
These sentiments are echoed by founder and Managing Director, Charles Walton, who back in 2000, set the Kybotech success story in motion with what is fast becoming a franchise of over 10 websites. Championing the ideal of self-sufficiency he says:
“If you’re organised, having your processes in-house helps you retain control and keep costs down. If you make savings here, you can pass them on to your customer – which makes your offering more attractive to them.”
By 2004 the company was recording a turnover of £6.4 million as they embarked on launching new websites, acquiring new suppliers and delving into new markets. 2007 brought in revenue of £24.5 million as Kybotech, not ones to rest on their laurels, looks to invest heavily into expanding its production facilities.
Kybotech currently operate from offices and production facilities tucked away in the East Midlands country side. Although the company has been established as an online retailer since 2000 Charles Walton and family have a long standing tradition in the manufacture and sale of garden buildings nationwide. Kybotech is the proprietor of the following websites dedicated to providing affordable, well designed lifestyle solutions making life just that little bit more enjoyable for all the family:

Sorry, unless you have a recent complaint I don't think it is right for you to continue to talk out about these people like this.
If someone asks a question, fair enough, but they can search for the name easily on the forums anyway.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Ok, point taken, but I think it's shameful that this company continues to take people's money and give them false hope of receiving their goods in a timely manner. I just wanted to make sure that anyone doing a search on this company and any of their subsidiary websites will find these threads easily on google“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
