Just a quick update.
When I got through to Kybotech they said someone would get back to me in 2 hours regarding delivery, which never happened, so I cancelled my order and will never buy anything from anyof their subsideries again, even if they were giving away the stuff (which you wouldn't end up getting anyway)0 -
I have been waiting for delivery of my shed for the past 2.5 weeks. I called various kybotech numbers today for an update and all the tel numbers are dead. This is worrying since they have over £500 of my money. Going back over the telephone notes I made while placing the order, I dont have any order reference etc. Furthermore, I asked for an emailed copy of the invoice as I need this for my accounts and this hasnt been done either. The money has, however been taken out of my bank account.
Needless to say, Im worried:mad:0 -

The website is also down for "Server Maintenance". (Outdoor Toys Direct). Yikes. They have £182 of my money and I haven't received my playhouse yet which I ordered last Wednesday.0 -
I received an email this afternoon regarding my broken chair. I've been told it will be with my asap as a priority dispatch - so someone is working today.
I also got an apology.
Still waiting for the cushions I ordered last Monday which showed a 3-5 day expected delivery. Funnily they are now showing a 3 day expected delivery time.0 -

Can you please explain to me why it has taken 15 days for you to know advise of this.
This item was advertised as being delivered within 3-5 days which clearly it has not been.
Even on Wednesday of last week you advised I would receive this item on Monday at the latest.
I note you are still advertising them on your website with delivery for 3-5 days.
This Trampoline was a present for my daughters Birthday which now means she will not have this in time for her birthday and Im sure you have taken payment from me for this item which means I will not even have enough funds to order this item elsewhere.
Please can you confirm the situation with regards to the payment and whether this has been taken from my account, and how long it will be before this item is ready to be delivered.

The delivery time I was given (35 days from 7) was a disgrace. Best thing I did was cancel (to be fair I got my money back quick) and go through Waltons. Delivered in 5 days.
At least they haven't got a sale on anymore. Now its Red Hot Deals!:j0 -
I have now spoken to them on the phone and they have advised that they dont have any trampolines in stock and are unlikley to get any until mid summer.
They have offered to refund my account if that ever happens.
I am now left looking to find a Trampoline with next to no time until my daughters birthday.

It looks like I am another person having a problem with this company - I also had no idea I was buying from Kybotech. I ordered garden table and chairs from Simply Garden Furniture on 7 May. I wrote to them on Friday 16th to ask when they would be delivered. Their website states 6 day delivery. I had no response to that email. I emailed again yesterday and again today - today I got an automated response which states "
pologies for the delay with your order. This is due to exceptionallyhigh demand.
