I was obviously worried when I saw this post after I ordered my patio set from this company but my worries weren't founded.

I ordered it on the Monday, got a mail on the tuesday to say the order had been processes, another on the Weds to say that the items had been prepared for shipping and expected delivery was on the Friday, another letting me know on the Thursday confirming delivery for Friday, and then the goods were delivered on the Friday as confirmed.

Can't complain personally and I hope all of you with issues get them resolved soon.

It's like I said in one of my first posts on this thread (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=10794925&postcount=98) if they put their energy into sincerely sorting out customers' problems rather than accusing people of libel and trying to directly rectify the "bad" comments then the feedback and comments would sort themselves out by the return of posters saying how happy their problems were resolved etc. Some of my favourite companies aren't necessarily because everything's gone right but simply because how they deal with things when they go wrong.

I've just happened across this thread and am so glad that I hadn't seen it 3 months ago when I ordered a shed from them.

The only problem I had with them was a phone call from a delivery driver 5 hours after my shed was delivered saying that he had arrived at my house to find that I'd already had a shed delivered! Shame I hadn't put it round the back otherwise I might have ended up with 2 for the price of 1.

Sorry to all on here (and not) that have had problems.

good delivery received yesterday friday took 9 working days tulip summerhouse ,delivery driver very helpfull arrived kettering in afternoon
would use this company anytime.

Purchased a shed on 7/7/08,recieved confirmation e mail and money was taken out of my bank the next day.A couple of days later the price of the shed was raised and I thought I had got a bargain,only to be told a week later that the shed was now unavailable and to choose another.Despite that they still keep advertising this product and update their websites every day
regarding delivery dates,the same shed is now being advertised at £200 more than what I paid.The sales Supervisor told me that the price has been raised to stop people from buying the shed until it becomes available again(mind boggles),but if somebody wants to pay that amount they would supply it,as they will me but I will have to wait 4 weeks allthough the shed is now being advertised 2-5 days delivery.Every time I ring they say it is a I.T. error,despite the fact the websites are changed daily.
They have my money and I have now been waiting 2 weeks,how much longer
will I have to wait,You've been warned.

Liked the look of the lollipop playhouse with GardenBuildings Direct (& the price)... but having read these posts, I was concerned but decided to risk it.
...Ordered evening of 10/7 - website said expected delivery 10-15 working days....
...Got an email the following day: "due to unforseen high demand..." etc, delivery could take 6-9 working days.
...Received 2 further emails, along similar lines, each time time, the delay got shorter!
...Then a tel call from them arranging delivery:

Arrived today - 5 working days after order.

Never had so many emails etc updating on order status from any other company... may'be as a result the comments on this board??

In my view, excellent quality, very good price, excellent customer service & have no hesitation recommending them.

I can only praise KYBOTECH for delivery, I ordered a fitness bike through their website late Saturday night had it delivered Tueday 11am. They say on website 2/3 day delivery to me it was 2 day as I do not count the weekend.

Another noob poster on the 5 star board has stated that when they left a positive review of their shopping experience with Kybotech on the Kybotech site that they were directed to leave a positive review on MSE. Hardly impartial.
