I tried sending them a message and they couldn't tell me as it's not something they can process on live chat apparently. They said I'd have to call the admin customer service number and ask an adviser.Jamzar said:
I asked this same question of Virgin live chat and it isn’t something that they do show but if you message them they can tell if you will be eligible for itsparky0138 said:Of course. However, I think I'm correct in saying it should have a 2.02% rate until then. I would still like to know if it's displayed on the app so I know where to look for the increase on the 1st.0 -

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Im still seeing "Savings interest rate 2.48% AER" on my savings account.
Does anyones say +10% bonus? Or will it just apply without saying it on the account?0 -
