I have been told via in-app Live Chat that I am eligible for the 10% bonus rate, and further that I will receive the full 12% across the 12 months. I wish I screenshotted it as it seems to have been wiped when I left the chat!

I tried to get an answer today, they told me my rate is showing as 2.02%. The switching team could confirm i should qualify for the bonus 10% but couldn't confirm when it would show on my account. They did add that there was confirmation going out on the 9th to all who qualify, bit messy.Rawrzy said:So they've not told anyone if they're eligible for the higher rate?2 -
I put my money in today and realised I never set up their app. I don't think it matters, but a few bribes have had logging into the app by a certain date as part of the criteria.0

I messaged Virgin Bank's online chat to confirm the 12% interest rate, but they directed me to contact the switch team for further assistance.

Hopefully we will all get this confirmation message on the 9th because there is a lack of information.
Be nice if a 'you are getting the bonus rate' line was on the account when you look, otherwise you're thinking am I actually getting this or not?1 -
