Has anybody had their snoop voucher without having to chase it up?
I got the £5 voucher without chasing it up. I think the e-mail came a day after I noted it was due.
It should be £30? I had to message them in the app (in reality it just opens an email for you) but it was resolved by them the next day
The £30 voucher was for the early part of this offer. The £5 voucher is if you used a friend's referral code to join Snoop.

I just got my statement through digitally and it says the 12% is active at the bottom of it. So guess that finally confirms it.
Thanks for mentioning this. I got an email this morning saying my statement was ready and this has reminded me to check it. I also have a interest rate of 12% listed :)

Does it just give a rate of 12% on the statement? Or does it say 12% for the first £1,000? Or is it broken down into 2% variable rate + 10% fixed rate bonus on the statement?

It says 12% for 0-1000, it's not broken down

No breakdown, it just shows the interest tiering for the first £1k

I cancelled mine months ago and I'm seeing 12% on my account - I'd say you're probably okay to cancel them if you want.

Also just got an email from VM confirming my eligibility for the bonus interest. Also seems to confirm the 1% + 11% for when the underlying rate drops at the end of July.
