I don't understand your pessimism and you are making this so hard for yourself, for no reason!

This is obviously a cracking bit of evidence so of course you will have taken a photo of this while you were there?
But just before the concierge i saw a sign that reads "deliveries - 30 minutes".

Thing is, this is like 5 minute walk from where i parked and received a PCN. there are signs directly next to where i parked saying permit holders only. the 30 min delivery sign is right at the entrance away from where i parked.. I just think since there's a delivery driver parking here clearly labelled, there's absolutely no defense for me at all and that i deserve the PCN. I parked right next to the groupnexus sign further inside, away from this deliveries area...

Is there maybe anything legally wrong with the groupnexus signage at all?

Sorry for all the questions, i'm just scared and never done something like this before, where i let it go to court. I'm trusting you guys and letting it go to court.

    Thanks <3

Defence has no 's' unless you are American but you seem determined to do their job for them. Why the pessimism?

I recommend you go back and get a photo of that delivery sign asap.

How do Group Nexus know exactly where the vehicle was parked?  They don't. It wasn't a windscreen PCN.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We will always answer queries every day..

None of us handle cases by private message though, so yes the forum is available but individuals are not necessarily.

    Hi,

I got POPLA to send me the files with my appeal on it, but it doesn't have the image I attached to prove that I was doing delivery work. Are they able to send these images over or no?

What did PoPLA say when you asked them that question?

They have to win in court before they can send bailiffs around.
