laura_lau said:Today was another NSD, despite me having to go to the office! I’m quite pleased: I brought lunch from home, I remembered to bring my water bottle so I filled it at the kitchen tap, and I made myself a ginger tea in the morning, using the teabags I bought a while ago and keep in the office drawers. I resisted the urge to buy expensive coffee, snacks, chocolate, lunch, other caffeinated drinks in the afternoon. I travelled by bus yet again, instead of train, so I didn’t spend anything apart from the £3.50 return trip with the bus, cheapest option available! Tomorrow I have to go again, and I am planning to do the same, lunch is readily packed in the fridge. I will report tomorrow evening, though, just in case!
After a while, these kind of actions become your ‘new normal’ 😊

Number 13 for me today.
I was really pleased yesterday when I went to buy some make up and found a £10 off voucher in the shopping basket. Got £12 off for 3 for 2 and £4 Boots points. A lovely sales lady did my make up for me! I had a job interview.Going away until Sunday night later. Really not sure how many NSDs I’ll be able to manage as I know it involves a lot of eating out. Will be taking it in turns with my partner to pay.1 -
