These bees cost £300. Rumour has it you can adopt/sponsor a bee in someone else's hive for approximately £10.It's a one off payment and you get a gift certificate. Not sure if the Queen bee is more expensive to adopt. We have about 100 thousand of the things so it could very well be lucrative 😁Worlds_Worst_Superhero said:
I'm curious now!laurenh1 said:An early call for a NSD today.
My husband is going to collect some new bees 🐝 this afternoon which his mum has kindly said she would pay for.
Have a lovely day everyone x
How much does a bee cost?
Do you buy them individually, and if so, who counts them?
Is it like a rescue centre, where all the little bees have little cards with their back story and give you the adorable puppy-eyes to tug at your heart-strings?
Is there a sliding scale of quality like there is with fresh fruit or flowers- reduced to clear, budget, stores own label, Taste The Difference?1 -
A final NSD for May.

I like the chocolate brownies...oooh what are doing with the blue paint? What happened to not buying books or is that months mission gone...how did you do with that?cathybird said:Not one for me today, have been building up a list of things I had or wanted to get so got them today (list included but was not confined to a new computer mouse, hair ties, blue paint, a bucket, a couple of Kindle books, cheese and some chocolate brownies!)1 -
@HotDog2020 the blue paint is for my living room, it's more for patching than anything else! The not buying books bit was for April and I did pretty well with it, didn't buy anything for April at all, but back to getting e-books on occasion now. I do try to stick to books at bargain prices though (99p is good). I should change my MSE forum signature really now that April is over but I can never think of anything to put there! Thanks for asking xxHotDog2020 said:
