Hi Thanks @lcc86 fingers crossed, and @Thrifty_Taylor and @f0xh0les yes it's been 3 years, its been sadness and madness, but I think things are slowly moving on.

Hope everyone's had a good weekend! I've had a chilled one as I've got a cold and needed to prepare for a busy week of work coming up. Went into the office yesterday to pick up a print out I'd forgotten and practised a workshop that I need to give tomorrow. Practised it for my housemates and they seemed to like it, so hopefully it goes well. I think I'm only on 5 NSDs but this week I have only spent about 15.
Grateful for housemates cooking for me, for a sunny day and for being in an inexplicably good mood. Enjoy the rest of your sunday!xx

Evening turtles
Yesterday evening OH and I went out for dinner and then some axe throwing with a few friends (belated birthday fun). It was good fun, I seemed to get the axe to hit the board but it kept falling out!
This morning I got up early and went to the gym, showered there too, came home, got a load of washing done then hoovered. Had a hospital appointment for a gastroscopy at lunchtime so spent the afternoon in the hospital. OH picked me up, we went to grab some cheap food as he was a little hungover and I was half-sedated, it was planned for in the budget so not the end of the world. Came home and slept for a bit, now need to get some bits ready as have to go back to work tomorrow after my week off.8 -
Glad your appointment went ok @lcc86. Hope you feel better soon @Shrewbie & that your presentation goes well tomorrow.

Had a lie in, though did have to run upstairs to wake DS1 up for work, before diving back underneath the covers.
Hung the washing out, then went for a walk with DH. I was eating my dinner when DS3 said that GF & her family would be coming in for a cuppa when they dropping him off. Panic ensued as they've never been before, then decided after I'd dusted, that they'll just have to take us as they find us!
Went & did some weeding for 1.5hrs, then started sewing a new zip in a dress, then they arrived. It all went very well & they got to meet DH, as he wasn't with me when I went there. Had a nice chat.
Replaced a coat zip after tea, nearly pulled my hair out, as the machine wasn't stitching properly, but got there in the end. My auntie from America phoned to discuss more about their trip in July. Managed to find an email she'd sent from s different address in my spam folder, so hopefully she can receive my reply, as things have been playing up!
Grateful for getting bits done, chatting with my neighbours & them saying they were chuffed DS3 had introduced them to hus GF yesterday, the visit from the 'in laws' going well & finding my auntie's emailUse it up, wear it out

Oh, almost forgot - I also completed a survey which enabled me to swap my points for a £50 big River voucher. Have ordered a thrifty book & some straps to tie my hammock to a tree in the garden. So I'll be able to read whilst reclining 😃☀️Use it up, wear it out

@Thrifty_Taylor, forgive me butting in (I’m following along and cheering you all on from the sidelines), but your machine seems to be giving you quite a bit of jip these days, from what I am reading. Does it need a service or is it time for a full overhaul or even replacement or upgrade? It’s just you seem to mention you are struggling with it quite a bit these days …

Work from home day today, did yoga first thing then spent all morning working through emails and catching up.
Had to pay for a prescription for my rabbit today and ordered the medication, all in less than half the price of what the vet charges.
Have been to the gym after work and now just getting ready to go into the office tomorrow.8 -
Today I am grateful for getting to the gym, for nabbing the last parking spot in liddle, for time to relax, for pip's school offering physics revision sessions (Pip loves physics!), for meeting my friend's doggie -a right fluff ball!
