Where can I park on these title deeds?? Please help

I live in a small cul-de-sac maintained by a management company. The area shown on my deeds is my property boundary. The area in yellow is a shared access area. I have been parking a vehicle in the yellow area against the fence but within my boundary (shown in other picture) only on odd occasions when parking has been limited. One neighbour who has just moved in (plot 222) has complained that the car is blocking their access which clearly it isn’t but she has complained to the management company and they have informed me that parking here is in breach of the lease and so I am not allowed to park there (even though it is within my boundary) I haven’t been able to check the lease conditions as yet but I would like any advice on this please. I will be contacting land registry on Monday to see if they can shed any light on this. You can see on the actual picture their garage on the right by the green arrow the vehicle is no where near. No one else has ever complained but them. 
Any help would be massively appreciated.

    How is the yellow area described in your title document?
    £3 here
    'access' suggests just that, not parking, but the exact wording is needed.
    As for your question, you can park just outside your garage in the area not coloured yellow. or, presumably. on the road (subject to any yellow lines/parking restrictions.
    But your neighbour seems a bit petty.....

    So you need to read your lease to see if you are breaching it.

    Nobody here can see your lease, so they can't tell you anything useful.  (If you copy chunks of the wording here, maybe some people will comment.)

    And, realistically, nobody at Land Registry will read your lease for you.

    I agree that yellow 'shared access' areas usually mean that you can drive across them but not park on them. 
    You may think that you are not blocking anyone else's access to their garages by parking where you are (and it doesn't appear that you are) but you need to bear in mind that if you are allowed to park there then so is everyone else, and then they'd be potentially blocking your access to your property. (It's not clear from the plan if your property has a garage, is there one integral to your house ?)

    You have a driveway in front of your house.  I can't tell if that leads to an integral garage or not.  So you have bought a house that has 1 parking space, or possibly 2 if it does have a garage.

    How many cars do you have?

    You could consider making what I presume is garden to the right of your driveway into parking space?  A low key way to do that would be install grass blocks and re seed so you have what looks like a lawn but strong enough to drive on without turning it to pulp.  But you mention "lease" so you might be bound by conditions that prevent that.

    It would be unusual to be allowed to park on a shared access.

    Read your Lease! Presumably you did (or at least got advice about what it said) when you bought? But I would have expected the whole point of the shared access area is that it is kept clear for access. Doesn't matter whether it's within your boundary or how many people complain.

    Not really.  With parking what tends to happen is once one person starts doing something, others will think that is a good idea and do the same.  If one or more of the other neighbours started parking on the area of the shared access that belongs to the OP then quite likely the OP would ask them to stop, and/or ask the management co to do something about it.

    It is a bit like the broken window principle.  Flyparking breeds flyparking.

    The OP would also need to check the planning consent - there could be restrictions on creating additional parking spaces and/or converting 'landscape' areas into anything else.

    Likewise, there could be a planning condition requiring roads and shared accessways to be kept clear of parking.
