    I am still wondering:

Looks like you are trying PLAN B before exhausting PLAN A.

PLAN A is in operation - no reponse for several days so the above is a question for now.

    Hello

When appealing online, there is a "registered keeper" or "none of the above" to choose - what is the recommended one to pick?
If you are the rk then tick rk.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With regard to data these people have and GDPR where do I stand there? Can I request all erased etc?

    Regards

You send a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO of the PPC requiring them to amend your details and ERASE your old details.  They are unlikely to agree to ersing ALL your details until the current issue is completed; they usually cite some waffle but if they fail to comply AFTER a suitable period following conclusion of the issue, report them to the ICO

    Hello

My online appeal, using the template, has been "carefully considered by Euro Car Parks (ECP)" and has been rejected for the following reasons:

    • The Site is operated by an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. ANPR
cameras have captured an image of the vehicle registration mark entering and
leaving The Site and calculated the duration of stay.
    • Parking at The Site is limited to 180 minutes. Your vehicle entered at x and exited at x
therefore was parked longer than the maximum period allowed.
    • Signage located throughout The Site clearly details the terms and conditions. On entry to
private land, it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure all terms and conditions as detailed
on the signage are adhered to.
    • Euro Car Parks do not need to provide evidence of who was driving the vehicle, it is the
registered keeper’s responsibility to inform of the full name and address within 28 days
beginning with the day after the notice was given. If the full amount remains unpaid, under
Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (‘the Act’), Euro Car Parks have the right
subject of the Act to recover from the keeper of the vehicle at the time it was parked so much
of that amount which remains unpaid.
The parking charge notice has been issued correctly and remains payable.

What is my next step here?

    thanks

Read POPLA Decisions from the end, going backwards and learning from ECP ones.
