Hello
I have read the newbie thread and the template that is there.
I just want to ask in relation to this (PCN euro car parks) before sending the "template"
The PCN letter recived says the "fine" is £100 and tyet when I go to the apepal page online it says £60.
Is there anything else at this point to be ware of before sending?
thanks

Yes. My thoughts are:
Why are you trying PLAN B before PLAN A?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'll assume and I think I have heard there are folk out there trying to topple these schemes? Where is that in the big scheme of things, is the government yet invovled?

Five years of work so far for the Government to break the rogue mentality. I'm involved.

No, did you read? The law was enacted in 2019 and work on the code is finalising now. Lucky I didn't take that view - I stay upbeat - given I've worked on this project, unpaid (and often 'virtually' face to face with PPC World looking daggers at me) for 4 years now.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
