Court hearing in a local court. ?  Which court. ?

    Or a mediation hearing. ?

Did you not inform the court system about unavailable dates. ?  Your DQ should have contained the dates that you were unavailable
  • Hi,

It's local court,  and it's been a complete farce start to finish.

I've booked this holiday after the case was transfered, checking the moneyclaim website everyday, and although I have recieved the letter , the website still hasn't been updated ?

I hope the claimant doesn't turn up to be honest or backs down prior to the date?

    You say 'local court'.

Once a case is transferred to a hearing court the CNBC in Northampton has no further interest. This in turn means that the MCOL Claim History is no longer updated from that point.
  • Hi, the judge removed my ccj in default and set aside the hearing , with the claimant having to pay and file a defence by 2nd January?

Received this via email yesterday 31st dec

  • Reading from top to bottom, it's a few screenshots of the defence v claimant submitted to the court ?

There's repetition in those images and missing pages I think.

Please show us the written Order of the Judge who set aside the CCJ. We need to see if they complied properly with the order and what the Judge says you have to do, if anything.
