Premier park Ltd court claim

I received a pcn in Nov 2022 off premier parking Ltd for parking in a steam railway carpark on a Sunday evening for 30 mins, alleged ..
Anyway I parked off the carpark and up a lane, however I can vaguely remember going through the car park on the way in, but exiting a different way out ?
Anyway premier parking Ltd sent me a letter, (pcn) with photographs of the alleged vehicle involved ..
The photos show my numberplate , however they are separate to the vehicle pictures , and the rear picture doesn't look at all like my vehicle !

My numberplate was attached separately to these images!
My vehicle is this

Anyway after ignoring their nonsense, I received a County court claim over a year later , nbcc , I followed the steps on the thread, submitted a defence and I was asked for n180 form, which I filled out and forgot to attach to an email..genuinely forgotten..
My defence has been struck out, I've complained to the court so will have to see what happens there ?
What could next steps be?
And in your opinion do you think the photos prove that it's not my vehicle ?
Thanks
Jon

Have you had a court date?0

No, they've currently thrown out my defence as n180 wasn't submitted ?0

Hi,
You've some similarities with my ANPR case with Premier Park, although my defence was more concrete
Challenge Default Judgement : Premier Park Drop Case — MoneySavingExpert Forum
I messed up the CNBC process and ended up with CCJ, which I managed to have overturned, but this was getting the case seen at local court, not the CNBC complaints dept who were very matter of fact.
Take some photos of your van front and back in darkness to compare and search for anything that shows your van wasn't inside the car park during the period between ANPR photos.
Also, be worth proving that the ANPR covered access isn't the only one in/out of the site.2 -
I will have to go and have a look at the site later, it's just so annoying that we have to waste our time fighting these ridiculous charges!
Access was at the top and i parked down the bottom .0 -
Google Earth images are from Oct 22 and the walkaround works within the car park if you want to remind yourself.
You can see the ANPR cameras above the P&D ticket machine for Way In and a separate one opposite way out, but these are both at north of the site .
Take a screengrab of the signage as the PCN warning text is pretty small being part of the steam railways advertising and probably won't meet standards .
Compare these signs to the blanket bombing on the claim against me P14-18 of linked document

Thanks very much. Will definitely do this later on my way to work and report back,0

If your defence has been struck out you can only object to that Order, saying you did email it and suggesting that the CNBC should have seen the attachment.
If they refuse to accept error, then you'll have to pay the court £275 to set aside the CCJ under CPR 13.3 (showing good reasons why this defended claim should see the defence reinstated & heard).
In both cases you must act promptly. No sitting around waiting for a reply. Chase up.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unless I have lost the plot, Looking at the ANPR photos you can to prove it's not your vehicle in both photos as their cameras face the way in and way out so the headlight photo should be timed before the taillight exit photo. They have you leaving at 17:33 and coming in at 18:11
