Keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread, all the answers are there. ( Plus the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements too. )

You should not be assuming, you should be studying. 😛

Thankfully I’m facing DCBL so they will drop it soon enough.

I have now had the questionnaire.

It seems ok but the online version requires mediation bur the paper version does not.

Also, what do I put as the reasoning for wanting a in-person hearing?

    This should do:
I request an in-person hearing because a paper hearing favors legally represented parties. I need to address the aggressive demands from the parking firm and question their evidence directly. As the only witness to the event, I believe an in-person hearing is necessary to highlight any misleading or incorrect information.

I can only find a version from 2022 via google.

Should I send that or do you know where Grizebeck's pdf is?

It's in one of his replies. We don't have it handy but search the forum for it.

As long as your claim was dated before 22 May you can use the old form and say no to Mediation.

If your claim was dated after that you have to attend a Mediation call.

I assume it was before May the 22nd if the incident happened over a year ago.

The date of the Claim Form decides it.
