DCBL Letter of claim

Haven't had time to look beyond this mistake:

"DCB Legal Ltd (Claimant)"

In the template defence I've tried really hard to stop people putting the solicitor firm, who are obviously not the Claimant!

I assume the claimant here is the car parking operator (Total Parking Solutions)?

You don't have to "assume" anything. Have another look at your N1SDT Claim form. It states very clearly who the claimant is.

Perhaps regulars are waiting for the completion of WS including SoT  -  your post ends:-

"28.  In the matter of costs, the Defendant asks..."


"27.  With the DLUHC's ban on the false 'costs'...  -  there is no ban yet.

There also does not appear to be any exhibits supporting the WS

There is no DLUHC ban so that's out of date.  Read some more up to date WS being worked on today or yesterday.

Suggested exhibits are in an a-f list in the NEWBIES thread.

Then show us your new draft tomorrow.

Do I need to go to the car park to get some pictures?

Or use Google StreetView images from the right year, as you can change the image date, if on a laptop.

All of them are too old so I will have to take some pictures tomorrow.

Would I need to link that to Beavis as well as the three paragraphs that it says in the a-f or does something else need changing?
