Music tastes here are very varied, this is because any band on tour in the late 70's early 80's I got to see foc!
(1976 - 1983 when I was made to get a proper job) Heavy rock, punk, soul etc etc and I just loved it.

Morning all. CoG, your list reminds me of all that I *used* to do. I recently accepted hints from ASB and others that it was time to reform my ways and become a lady of (almost) leisure!
The sun has just broken through light grey cloud here, and as this house is more than adequately clean and tidy, the washing is all up to date, and I did QHI last night, we are all off out today - I need the extra boost of a bit of beauty beyond the limits of our garden. The plan is to go to one of our favourite local NT houses to see the blossom and blooms (Rosie is allowed in the garden on a lead); I'll leave Rosie with DH while I go and bask in the glories of the De Morgan gallery, and he can go round the house if he wants to while Rosie and I explore parts of the garden that we've never seen. I have also decluttered some big books to take to the secondhand shop, and might buy a couple of paperbacks (now that I have rediscovered the joy of being able to read the small print); and we'll get a bite to eat for lunch (Rosie is allowed in the stables end of the café with its bumpy floor and wobbly tables). Then on our way home we will walk Rosie off-lead on DH's favourite common; we'll have our evening meal here, and finish off the day with a folk concert at a nearby village church. Sounds like a plan!
Will catch up later. Have a good day, everyone xxx6 -
My tummy is really unhappy again today and we are suposed to be going to DD1's after swimming for Beanies birthday.
OH just taken 2 girls to dance/Musical Theatre.
Had 1 cuppa and when he gets back we are putting away some laundry from my room because we can barely see out of the window and we are busy tomorrow so it won't get done then.. 2 or 3 tip runs tomorrow and a car to clean.. maybe 2!I have bossed the girls to sort their room.. there is dirty washing everywhere.. I'm not even sure any of them are nice tidy people.. the room is a pit. I have still not figured out how to get rid of toys!I have the lines full so hopefully that will be vaguely dry so I can get it in and the next lots out.
DW needs running, I have 3 parcels to package, WM needs to go on when OH is back and brings the girls washing down.
I would love to get rid of at least half of the stuff in the house.. I am drowning.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)6 -

Does anyone have access to a super duper printer? I need to print a 40 page document off from the HMRC website, spent an hour on hold yesterday ringing to ask them for it, only
to get cut off… happy to cover print costs and postage of course! Or if anyone can sneakily print at work even better! X6 -
