yep, called and explained, she said ive been sent a letter any payments pending for longer than 6 weeks will be reviewed and amended. she said something about CIS records, since im in construction. never had an issue in past, but i might have got my figures slightly wrong and missed something, im currently gathering all info before the letter arrives, will keep you updated.CJB2411 said:

Have you noticed if HMRC have done a soft search on your credit file as that is normally an indicator that checks have been done before payment issue.CJB2411 said:
