If so repeatedly claiming it is a waste of time, you need to get the root cause of the issue resolved.

Yes, although not sure what difference a phone call would make to web chat  (assuming it was web chat with a human and not a bot).

Me either. I basically seemed to get fobbed off by the web chat folk and told I needed to call. Took me through security, said my return had been received, told me to call. That was it 🤦‍♂️

( I had to spam the word advisor to even get into the queue)

I have started a new thread (and mods, close this one). Would prefer not to have at least one live thread for each of the last six tax years!
