I've requested my repayment twice now (last time on 5th June). It basically hasn't gone lending and just remains available to use or whatever?

Any idea why I wouldn't have gone pending? What's my course of action?

It's just a simple claim of expenses and I'm PAYE
It could be caught by this,

    https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/self-assessment-manual/sam113011

If so repeatedly claiming it is a waste of time, you need to get the root cause of the issue resolved.

So I need to contact them? I tried on web chat and they basically said my return has been received and I need to call to discuss it further.
Total Value of wins in 2009: £900 appox. 2010: £730
Wins 2011: Carlisle Utd Tickets (twice!), Baby Food Hamper, Straighteners, Chugginton Toy

Yes, although not sure what difference a phone call would make to web chat  (assuming it was web chat with a human and not a bot).

Me either. I basically seemed to get fobbed off by the web chat folk and told I needed to call. Took me through security, said my return had been received, told me to call. That was it 🤦‍♂️

( I had to spam the word advisor to even get into the queue)

Hopefully not this one as 2023/24 is long gone!

I have started a new thread (and mods, close this one). Would prefer not to have at least one live thread for each of the last six tax years!
