Hi, recieced letter. Was asked to provide proof of expenses. This all been sent off with covering letter. Hopefully will update soon. However last time I had to send in expenses it took another 8 weeks. I see you're getting progress too.

Yeah i can imagine expenses take time to calculate and sort. Especially if you have a lot of receipts and large expenses. Mine seems to be slowly moving towards issue but just waiting to see if security checks will be part of the process. I suppose i will see once 10 working days has elapsed.

Mine says issued the 7th so presume it will be in tomorrow as the 7th was a Sunday

So after sending in all receipts etc.. mine has updated from repayment pending to not yet used. I've requested refund today. Hopefully not too much longer.

I've requested my £3000 refund on the online system of my balance on account three times now.  I get a receipt number and nothing happens.

Repeatedly doing that is likely to be a complete waste of your time.

It could well be your repayment is caught up in this,

If so the underlying issue needs to be resolved before a refund would be issued.

I've requested my repayment twice now (last time on 5th June). It basically hasn't gone lending and just remains available to use or whatever?

Any idea why I wouldn't have gone pending? What's my course of action?

It's just a simple claim of expenses and I'm PAYE
