So after sending in all receipts etc.. mine has updated from repayment pending to not yet used. I've requested refund today. Hopefully not too much longer.0

I've requested my £3000 refund on the online system of my balance on account three times now. I get a receipt number and nothing happens.0

It could well be your repayment is caught up in this,

I've requested my repayment twice now (last time on 5th June). It basically hasn't gone lending and just remains available to use or whatever?
Any idea why I wouldn't have gone pending? What's my course of action?
It's just a simple claim of expenses and I'm PAYETotal Value of wins in 2009: £900 appox. 2010: £730Wins 2011: Carlisle Utd Tickets (twice!), Baby Food Hamper, Straighteners, Chugginton Toy0
