Just the email (PDF signed/dated defence attached), with the info in the subject line that the Template Defence thread first 12 steps says. You are completing the form. Are you the Claimant or the Defendant?

it was initially sent in my partner’s name as he is the registered keeper of the vehicle however I appealed and said I was the driver and that I must have put an incorrect registration number because I paid and displayed the ticket on the dashboard of the car
They asked for me to upload a picture of the ticket I bought but I couldn’t as I had already disposed of it
They did send a few letters afterwards which I missed as moved in with my sister to help me with new baby

If you act quickly, you may be able to earn yourself £60 and help regulate the parking industry.
This is an official thing and MSE Towers has agreed I can share it, despite the incentive.
Short notice but do the survey now (today/tomorrow) and if accepted, then a short & friendly video call next week to tell the Government's consultancy outsourced firm your experience of 'appealing' then you were too late to dispute it due to moving address and having a baby.
Tell the DLUHC's guys that there should be a proper dispute resolution service available at ALL pre-action stages, to act fairly and keep cases out of court.

Sorry I keep loosing the ability find the main thread so asking on this one as it's the one which now keeps coming up.
I just received the claim form for court from smart parking and know this one I must respond to but don't know what needed to dispute and making a counterclaim if apporiate or not.
Whatdo I put in these boxes and how much is the counterclaim fee as can't see anything about that?
I intend to dispute as the was alot a BS as per normal and genuinely not sure if was me at the time or not. I'd sent a big challange request of details i needed to one their collection teams which they failed to provide back amd also requested updated address for service and removal of one they'd been using and had conformed that had passed on to smart but letters still being sent to wrong address. I informed that any message other than answering my information request would be taken as harrasment and have continued and becuse were provided updated address and removal of other that that's then breach of data protection on multiple occasions... but is possible to actually succeed in a counter claim on these basis?
Thanks0
