I searched the forum like @Coupon-mad suggested and found this

VCS HAS NO STANDING TO BRING A CLAIM. There is no signed agreement between the landowner and Excel to transfer duties to VCS. “Striking out claim. Claimant has no standing”.

    Court strikes out claim.
    https://ibb.co/rxHmhwj

can I use that in reference to the two separate companies?

Starting to panick a bit now as only have until Monday at 4pm to submit my defence. I know it’s always advised to not wait till last minute but when you have a newborn you don’t realise how fast time flies. Any help to submit my defence today will be greatly appreciated please.

You should be searching for the Company numbers of both Excel & VCS.  Easily found on Companies House then bung the number in as a forum keyword.

About to send defence and wanted to check if ok now

On the morning of 12th of October 2023 at about 9.30am the defendant was attending antenatal appointment at Wythenshawe Hospital and was running a little late. The Defendant couldn’t get a parking within hospital premises so drove up the road and saw Floats Road Car Park.  The Defendant drove into the Car Park and bought a parking ticket from the machine for up to 4 hours which was £2.50.  As the Defendant entered the premises it stated Pay and Display so bought the ticket and displayed ticket on the dashboard of the vehicle.

The Claimant has stated that the Defendant breached the terms and conditions; namely parked without purchasing a valid Pay and Display ticket however failed to prove or provide evidence of the car parked with no ticket displayed.

The sign was headed 'Excel Parking Services Ltd' and when the Defendant contacted 'myparkingcharge' online with their appeal, the reply was from Excel Parking Services Ltd, who were the entity processing the data obtained from the DVLA.  Therefore any contract was offered by that legal entity, not this Claimant.

Excel Parking Services Limited - Company Number 02878122
Vehicle Control Services Limited - Company Number 02498820

There is no signed agreement between the landowner and Excel to transfer duties to Vehicle Control Services hence the reason why this claim should be struck out.

    Strange.

I tested the search myself before encouraging you to do it, and I saw 2 perfect wording results in the first few that showed up.  I just copied & pasted VCS' number only (nothing else) into the search box and up they came.

I just put only VCS number and got the statements below, do I add it all or is there any changes I have to make?

    6. It is believed that this Claimant's sister company (Excel) planned to appeal the Greenwood case and as such, the owner of VCS/Excel (Simon Renshaw-Smith, known in the press and public domain as the notorious 'Captain Clampit') will be aware of the case and that his companies hold a copy of the transcript they obtained for Excel v Greenwood. There is no reasonable cause of action for a case of duplicate facts to be heard nearly a decade later, expecting a different result.

     7. If the Claimant disagrees and contends that the facts are somehow different, the Defendant requires that the Claimant exhibit the full and/or approved judgment transcript for Excel v Greenwood, because that case has only been publicly reported anecdotally and in the press. Although not persuasive, Greenwood involved the same Claimant trying to argue the same points, and it would assist the court to be able to read through the 2013 case papers which must be exhibited by the Claimant, which would meet the Overriding Objective and support the interests of open dealing and justice.

    8. The defendant made a complaint to the landowners Harlow Health Centres Trust Ltd, and that Excel Parking Services Ltd (company number 02878122) answered the complaint, when the parking company at the site is VCS Ltd (company number 02498820

No that's not it. Greenwood has nothing to do with your case.  Look again at your first results.
