Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.Sorry.

I have just checked it again and it does exactly what I expected it to do - takes me to the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
If that's not what you are saying, then please try and make your explanation clearer.1 -

Hi there, for what is worth I've just been to court against excel this week and won. The circumstances we're very similar to your case. The claim figure is even the same and the PoC was equally scant.
In my case the claimant essentially did my job for me with their terrible evidence, to which the judge did not take kindly.
Have you sent a subject access request to Excel? Presumably they're using a third party at this point. ELMS?
They have 30 days to respond to a SAR which tells you everything they have on you. In my case the judge was both impressed that I'd sent one, and equally unimpressed that Excel hadn't complied fully with it. Can't hurt.1 -
In the SAR request you must include (amongst other things listed in the newbies thread) a list of transactions through the Pay and Display machine. Other VRNs may be partially redacted, but they should provide this by law, and if you paid it should have your VRN on the list.1
