Thanks, I'm waiting for the new sim but unimpressed with lebara customer service as promise me backs within 24 hiurs, one now nearly a week ago and from a couple of days ago. I've saved some screen shots of the messages I get and going to email lebara. Thank you for comments and advice.

So I had this issue trying to call a Swedish government department (Polisen, standard Swedish non emergency line from the UK) which Lebara said wasn’t included in my free minutes as it’s a ’premium or business number’. I would have minded paying extra (3.7p/min on Skype) but the fact I couldn’t even make the call was hugely frustrating.0

It’s an international shortcode rather than a normal number.0

I've moved but frustrated with mse for promoting as they don't mke clear you can't call business nos which includes my local leisure centre and pharmacy 0208 and 0345 nos. Mse has not responded to my email.
Mse please make it clear to.people when promoting. Thanks0

But you can call them. 02 and 03 numbers are just normal UK numbers.I have a Lebara SIM and I’m able to call them.0

I couldn't and they kept advising me that this was right and that some 020 8 and 0207 numbers are classed as business numbers. I have had to go elsewhere for my sanity!0

Can please give us an example of a business number that you were unable to call as I am very curious if it's possible from my Lebara SIM? Personally I've yet to have an issue with calling business numbers.TC77 said:I couldn't and they kept advising me that this was right and that some 020 8 and 0207 numbers are classed as business numbers. Lebara’s conditions state the following numbers are considered landline numbers and are included in your bundle
‘UK landline calls include numbers starting with 01, 02 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man landline numbers and other non-landline 01 and 02 numbers) and non-geographic numbers starting with 03’
So I am also curious as to why the OP is having problems.

There is no issue with calling businesses on Lebara. I've been with them for a few years now and never had any issue. There is nothing for MSE to sort out, it sounds like an issue with your phone or SIM.TC77 said:I've moved but frustrated with mse for promoting as they don't mke clear you can't call business nos which includes my local leisure centre and pharmacy 0208 and 0345 nos. I've gone elsewhere. The issue is when I spoke to their staff and gave an example 0208 for my leisure centre that it was right that I shouldn't be able to call as a business. This is wrong and may have been a problem with sim.but they kept telling me that it was because a business no
