Just tried a test call to Greenflag 03452461558 from my Lebara SIM and it connected just fine. You must have had another issue.

It’s Lebara’s incompetence in Customer Sevice to blame here. Rather than troubleshooting your sim/network/device issue they fobbed the OP with “you can’t call business numbers”. I’m pretty sure OFCOM would not allow such discrimination within the regular geographic (and 03) number ranges….
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

No such thing as a ‘Business’ number. It was a polite way of them saying go away.

I reckon CS agents were confusing it with 0845/0870 numbers which most businesses were using in the past.

Both I and my wife have the same difficulty with Lebara calls as do many people posting here. It’s a dreadful company

Just curious, can you give example of a number that you were unable to call so I can test if it's a Lebara issue or something else?
