Lebara - can't call leisure centre and Green Flag 0345 nos - ideas on alternative

It’s Lebara’s incompetence in Customer Sevice to blame here. Rather than troubleshooting your sim/network/device issue they fobbed the OP with “you can’t call business numbers”. I’m pretty sure OFCOM would not allow such discrimination within the regular geographic (and 03) number ranges….I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
