Thanks coupon-mad, I just tried to copy now but wasn't able to copy it here as it contains photos etc.
I need to send this today as the hearing is on 17th so not sure I'll get a another chance to attempt copying it here as I'll be at work all day now.
Would be good to have some feedback even if it's by fewer people as I want to know if I made any obvious mistakes/blunders. Would be great to have your feedback at @Coupan-mad as you're one of the experienced members
