Thanks coupon-mad, I just tried to copy now but wasn't able to copy it here as it contains photos etc. 

I need to send this today as the hearing is on 17th so not sure I'll get a another chance to attempt copying it here as I'll be at work all day now. 

Would be good to have some feedback even if it's by fewer people as I want to know if I made any obvious mistakes/blunders. Would be great to have your feedback at @Coupan-mad as you're one of the experienced members

No, that is a Word document and your link requires me to create a MICROSOFT 365 account so I won't be able to read it.

That's a good WS. I'd remove exhibits 2 and 4 (the former is an irrelevant street view and the latter is dominated by a massive P sign to the right of the shop entrance).

I'll have to email these to the other party. How about the county court ? Is the postage only option
