Hi, I can't see any update on my defence. Latest I can see on MCOL is "Your acknowledgment of service was received on 26/02/2024 at 08:05:08".
Is that something to be concerned about ?

Why not ring the CNBC - number on your Claim Form - and ask them what's going on.
Until the CNBC have recorded receipt of your Defence there is always the risk of the Claimant getting a Default Judgment against you.
Meanwhile, look after that email receipt you have for your Defence.1 -
You could always forward the defence email (& attachment) again to the new CNBC email address seen in the Template Defence thread first 12 steps.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Keith and Coupan-mad. Apologies for late reply. Mrs had a newborn so been busy.

I emailed the defence to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and I got the attached email receipt. @coupan-mad are you talking about the following email: DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk? I will also look to email them on Tuesday as adviced by Keith0 -
Hi everyone, I hope you're well.

Is this for me to respond to or is it for the parking fine company ?0 -
That's the DQ that you already know you have to complete. You were expecting that, because it's in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for getting back swiftly. I was thinking this is step 7 i.e the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire but from what you saying it's step 8 i.e. my own Directions Questionnaire from the CCBC so I have to fill this in and email it to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk ?
Is this right ?0 -
Depends who it came from!
But you have seen the 12 steps now so no need to check email addresses. The Template Defence is up to date.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
