31st March submitted, switch actually started on 8th april

I don’t really know why it’s taking so long for you both to get your bonuses. You both got your switch requests in before the offer ended on 4th April. Your accounts should have been assessed at the start of June, and while they have up to 30 days to pay the bonus, from what we’ve seen on here they’ve been very quick in paying the bonuses for this offer.

I’m wondering (and this is pure speculation) if although you both got your switch requests in before the deadline, both of your switches actually started after the offer ended, and this may be causing a problem?

Has anyone here received the switch bonus for this offer whose switch started on or after 5th April?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.  90 days from my application date is 1 July.  So if nothing by then, I will query with Santander.
