Do you get an email or text once paid?
I didn’t. Just appeared in my account
  • I haven't had my £185 bonus yet. Should I be concerned?
Opened the account (and started the switch) - 27th March (68 days ago)
Switch completed - 11th April (53 days ago)
2 direct debits have been set up for monthly payments and both have been taken.
£1,500 transferred in (and out again) when the account was opened.
A further £1,500 transferred in (and out again) in both April and May.

    Worth following up with Santander?

Have you ever received a switching bonus from Santander in the past?

Is your account an Everyday, Edge, Edge Up or Private (v2)?

Today is 60 days since the offer ended, so is the final day that accounts are checked for this switching offer.

I've done exactly the same with those exact dates and I too have not received any switch money as yet.

It can take up to 90 days (60 days to assess account + up to 30 days to pay bonus) from the day you start your switch to have your bonus paid, assuming you've fulfilled all the conditions.

I mucked up with the switch :s didn't read it correctly so won't be getting the switch money.
Would it be best to keep or close the account as will want to get the money next time they offer it.

How did you muck it up?

What account did you open at the time? There is an offer on at the moment.

Paid in the £1500 too late, did it within 60 days of switching  but not within the 60 days of telling them :(
    The Everyday one.
Thanks for the link, didn't think they would have another so soon.
Can you have a Everyday & Edge account?
