Hi @hammers1970
We're trying to help you, but we need to understand:- Who you are paying (is a big insurance company or a smaller broker for example)
- How they communicated the bank details to you (e-mail? letter?)
- Did you get Confirmation of Payee (COP) when you set up the initial transfer?
- How (else) did you check the details were correct?

Hi there, I'm curious to hear if this ever got resolved. I have transferred some money from a Lloyds business account to an Equals money (prepaid cards ) account). Used same details as I have done many times before and it's not arrived. Has been over a week now and neither bank can find it - Lloyds say it has left, Equals say it hasn't arrived. It's been 8 days and both sides remain 'investigating'. Lloyds are telling me to wait 5 days for a letter...0
