  • Check in.

Spent £15 on parking and car charging.

Sounds a lot however my average charge for a month is around £30 at home on Octopus go. So these occasional charges are ok.

    Aiming for a few NSD’s.

You're doing really well mate, I've read your diary and have just popped in to say CBT can be helpful but I have found working with the pros on my own mental health / addiction problems (not gambling tbf) required a lot more than CBT and tbh I'm still !!!!!! going at it.

Keep up the great work - my dad was a massive gambler, lost his home and livelihood in the UK through it. He and mum ended up moving to Greece with a very small amount of money to start over in their mid/late-50s. They are happy now, but not easy, and I suppose I'm trying to say it doesn't need to be like that.
  • Both children in Nursery today. Wife was working so I took myself to a cafe and did a three hour work stint and bought a coffee.

Taking the family out tomorrow for the day. So at a cost but need to have some enjoyment in life.

Found a brand new circular saw in my garage boxed with two batteries. EBay is saying worth over £200!

Will put it on fb for £150 and hope for bites!

28 Days Gamble Free. No urges to gamble myself but I have been subject to a lot of YouTube shorts / videos. No idea how to block
