The family days out sound lovely. I hope they are a reminder of what you are working so hard to achieve. Well done on 28 (30 now?) days without gambling. I'll always say "here's to the next one", as you can only ever take this one day at a time.

Tonight is a night I could have easily previously gambled. It would have been no real concern to deposit £1000.Thankfully I have not and I have no real desire to for the time being. I think paying off the debt is a driver.Hope to start CBT next week, will it help? Maybe? Is it a cure, I don’t think so.LGGambling Addict - Acting now before it's too late. You're working on your marriage mate, some days will be better than others. It'll be worth it though.
CBT isn't a cure but can form part of your mechanisms to keep you on track.3 -
Good luck with CBT, I think go into it with an open mind and willing to give it a go and see how you get on!
Also if it isn't work with the first person you see and you can try someone else do. It's like anything, you'll click with some people and not others!4 -
