Coupled with January and the cold, wet and dark bringing the mood down, it's never the best time. But you'll get through! Kudos on the 11 months gamble-free (that 1 year is SO close now), and the extra debt repayments.
Seconded on stretching yourself too much. Think of the best moments of the last few months - when you've had a lovely time with your family. Ensure you have enough for that without counting every penny, and the debt will fall off eventually.1 -
Attended a group therapy session tonight, a bit of normality and back to routine. Thanks for everyone who has checked in with me.Gambling Addict - Acting now before it's too late.
