Virgin Cash ISA AVOID - Read ONLY Access & Now, No login Text Auth Code

Since opening the Virgin Cash ISA I only have Read Access (without any explanation on why from Virgin) and now I can't even login to the account. They are supposed to send you a text message with a 6-digit code which you enter in the online site. They no longer send you the code. Despite repeated attempts to "request send another code" nothing happens.
I am going to call them to withdraw my funds and never deal with them again.
MSE - Please can you highlight these issues in your "Best Cash ISA" section so that others don't suffer as I am.

I’ve logged into my virgin cash isa tonight with no problems. Even got the auth code0

I posted yesterday Trev on the same subject.
In my case I DO get the 6 digit code but it wont allow me in to my account.
I'm in the fortunate position in that I have not yet deposited my £20k for the ISA, needless to say I now wont be doing it!!0 -

Do you have the App installed ?
If the answer to both is yes the code is being sent Via app and not by text
Has it been opened more than 6 days ? If not that's why it's read only

Sorry to hear you are having login issues, but to give some balance, it's not affecting everyone.
I never have problems logging in, moving money, opening accounts etc., using the Virgin Money app and website.

I've tried logging in off a desktop PC, a laptop, and my phone and STILL cant get in!
As it happens, I've changed my mind about investing in Virgin, given a recent post regarding how they pay your interest!0 -
This sounds right. If you have the Virgin money app access will be authorised in app no via text.35har1old said:
