Virgin Cash ISA - Read ONLY Access WARNING

I opened a Virgin Cash ISA last week but when I login to the account, I have Read Only access and have no idea why, or when Virgin will fix this.
This means that I can't I withdraw my money now if I want to. Surely this MUST be a breach of FCA regulations somewhere?

Have you contacted Virgin on the issue?
Why a breech of FCA regs?
You can still phone them or visit a branch & move the money.Life in the slow lane0 -

There are no Virgin branches anywhere near me, and I can't get through to them by phone. The live chat, turns out to be NOT live but a bot that can't answer the question.
Anyone thinking of opening this account should be warned about this issue, it's a shame that MSE wasn't aware of this issue without any update/reason from Virgin on why it's Read ONLY. Their email response is that they will get back to me in 3-days; which is great if I have made a mistake with the transfer and really need my money back now!0 -

Are you having 2nd thoughts about your Virgin cash ISA, if so, why?
Given that currently this is the best rate available surely the plan is to leave it to mature for the year and trouser the interest?0 -

Not really, it's just the lack of access or comms from Virgin that I am a bit annoyed about.0 -

Ask the bot to connect you to an agent...0 -
You can also send them a secure message in the app. They tend to respond to those within a day in my experience.
But you'd be better off phoning them and waiting to get through.0 -
Since my post on 5th March I too am unable to access my recently opened account with Virgin online.
My good fortune is I have yet to deposit any money in said account so I think that I'm now going to pass, I cant be dealing with a company who cant give you access to your online account in this day and age!0
