Ouch indeed! So sorry to hear of your trials @Humdinger1 Hope involving your MP is effective!
We've discussed, and I've emailed LPG save to accept their 2 year fixed offer. Tick!
Shifted another barrow of mulch, 5 down, 27 to go 😂 I would have done another couple but it was just SO cold and windy I couldn't bear to be outside 🥶
Starting to get very distinct spring cleaning vibes right now 😂 Not going to do anything drastic, but I will commit to doing a TOM cleaning podcast each day for a week and see where that gets me.
Tomorrow I'll focus on under the bathroom sink - it keeps getting blocked, and the stuffed and jumbled contents of the cupboard are at risk if there's a leak 😬 @rtandon27 posted about Project Pan the other day, and when I went investigating I saw someone had laid all their toiletries out in piles (like Stacy Solomon did in that decluttering programme in a warehouse 😱) so I might do that to horrify myself into getting rid of things 😬
Not going to put anything else on a list (unless it's still light and not raining when I finish work, in which case I'll aim for a barrow or two of mulch). I feel like the bathroom cupboard is enough for one evening 😬

@Cheery_Daff - I just had a peak under my bathroom sink cupboard - mostly ok with just 1 of things like toothpaste & mouthwash & face cleaner/toner - but I have discovered a HUGE pot of unopened hairmask I was gifted, another unopened clay mask I was sent to try (with 3 others that are finished) and another HUGE unopened jar of E45 I was sent to try. Will have to think on these - I've opened and am using the E45 lotion which is thin and light but will I ever use the thick cream? - See hun there is always room for improvement - and here I though I had a handle on my lotions & potions!

@rtandon27 , could the unused potions etc go to a food bank or similar, if you can’t see yourself making use of them?

Ha, thank you! I am loving the mulching percentage calculations 😃😃
Good reflections, and good suggestion from @KajiKita Do send them to a charity shop if you've got a bag going anyway - ours often sell nice body lotions etc that just have a little missing.

I am proud to announce that there is nothing under my bathroom sink other that the next tube of toothpaste kind of stuff & bathroom cleaning products. The same however cannot be said of my kitchen sink which besides being a disaster area has many duplicates & I am avoiding facing it. The bathroom is nothing really to be proud of as I stopped buying "special" products over 50 years ago when a chemist friend (not pharmacist) told me about oil of Ulay (as it was then). When they first brought it out it was really cheap & didn't sell so they withdrew it from the market & sold it for a really high price & it did sell. Exactly the same product. As for gift sets, don't get me started!

Good suggestion for the products, I'll definitely keep that in mind for the future. Having done Project Pan over the course of the past year, I've mostly finished all the open products and samples. Anything that was old or smelled odd got binned - 20 year old Avon spray oil (that doubles as mosquito repellant) that came with me from across the pond was deemed a health hazard! First on my list for those sealed large pots is gifting to friends - the three products are all well in date and unopened & with a few birthdays upcoming - they will make good MSE gifts! The one thing I've learned over the past year is not to buy large containers of anything beauty related as my need to try new things means it's a chore to use up! By contrast, OH only likes one particular variety of shampoo and one of bodywash so we always buy him either the refills or large bottles about 2 or 3 times a year.

Since then I've made pasta for tea, with leftovers for tomorrow's tea, plus some mini egg muffin/crustless quiche things for lunch for the next 2 days.
And... the big job - tackling under the bathroom sink. A priority as there's a nasty niff and Mr C informed me the other day that it was leaking 😬 I was rather hoping he might have tackled it while I've been at work, but it seems he's found better things to do.
Allow me to present my cupboard 🙈 please cover your eyes if of a nervous disposition 😬
Everything has been removed and laid out on the living room floor, and I've removed the plumbing, given everything a good scrub, removed a lot of hair and grimness, and put it all back together. And now, in the spirit of accountability, I am going to inventory what was in the cupboard 😬
