    I need to remember that I shouldn't have a cup of coffee on the go at the same time as reading the forums or my keyboard will encounter 'splashback'. LOL
    Irrigating the sinuses is supposed to see off colds, though whether coffee works as well as saline spray I'm not sure.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    I'm currently home sick with Covid (since last Tuesday), I can confirm that it's not helping...

    Ha, thank you 😂 I paid a total of £9 (across 3 different parking spaces) and it was worth it!
