    As at 15.07.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    Read 36 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 19th July
    Produce tracker: £223 of £300 in 2025

    Thank you all xxx we are indeed exhausted but I am delighted to report that I had a shower this morning and am NOT wearing my DIY clothes (these need a wash too but they're far better than the others). Going home once we've had breakfast and packed up 😊😊

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
