😂😂 love that you think Mr C might know the band because they have similar hats 😂😂 that's absolutely the kind of thing that would happen 😂😂 send me the band name and I'll find out 😂😂

Sun's shining again today 😊 Mr C was going to see his dad but now isn't - nice to hang out but it does mean I won't get as much gardening time as I wanted 😬 Before anything else though, I have to get out for a run!

Oh Dearest Cheery - as I first read your post, Transvision Vamp were playing on R2 'All Request Friday'.  Although the song 'I want your love' wasn't as big a hit (in Young Farmers) as 'Baby I don't care' - it did take me straight back to Young Farmers discos.  And for sure, the 'night out' would NOT yet have started on a Friday night in the 1980's! but goodness, I was humming along (DH just arrived home), and I was thinking to myself, gosh....... I'm glad I've nowhere to go 🤣

Have a great time out with your chums.

@Cheery_Daff was that £313 cafe bill spent in Harrods cafe ? Or the Wolseley ? Either way impressive

on the LPG issue have you looked at the ‘resolver ‘ website ? As that often has some decent legalese in the standard emails for various issues
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
