  • Don't Jump the gun! Understood!

How about the email to DCB, I still haven't responded to them, should I respond? or is it in my best interest to avoid all contact with them?

It's just the one the first 12 steps tells you about, surely?

I must say, I ama amzed that Parking Eye allow the DCBL DODGY CLAIMS

    NO PARTICULARS OF CLAIM
ADDING A FAKE AMOUNT AND CALLING IT DAMAGES ?
SIGNING A STATEMENT OF TRUTH THAT IS FALSE
GOING AGAINST THE SUPREME COURT RULING

The ball is now in the court of DCBL, they have done their bit and there are only two options open to DCBL

1: Continue to court with the Courts KNOWING ALL ABOUT DCBL and all about their timewasting discontinuations
2; DISCONTINUE THEIR VERY DODGY CLAIM

Maybe Parking Eye can explain a lot more about DAMAGES, it is their claim after all ? ...... After all, Parking Eye must have approved the claim FOR FAKERY

I don't believe an email is mentioned in the 12 steps of the template.

    7. does mention "don't be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's directions Questionnaire and the usual intimidating letter saying they 'intend to proceed'.
From my understanding, the email doesn't align with this step.

I guess, my question to the forum is,

Is it wise to acknowledge any emails from DCB Legal, or  is it in my best interest to only respond to CCBC when they email me the Questionnaire

As Coupon said ..... IGNORE DCBL
They made their bed ...... they must prove their claim IS NOT A FAKE

A bit like the Post Office Scandal

  • I change my address to bristol, as it suggested going through Cardiff is not benefical.  However, I recieved letter to my Cardiff address from HM Courts & Tribunal dated 28th March today.
Acknoledging the receipt of my defence and copy being served to the claimant.
As stated above, had emailth April from DCB who are claiming for parking eye asking for my name, address  as would like to use email for correspondance.

Should I just ignore and wait to see if they appeal to the courts for me to still pay the amoun?

You need to make sure CNBC have your new Bristol home before its transferred to a local court, which happens after both parties have returned their N180 directions questionnaire.

You said "I change my address to bristol" did you do this via email or phone with the HM Courts & Tribunal service ? I would follow that up and make sure they get the new address on their system pronto.
