Hey thanks for replying. I was worried because they do not want to send evidence, usually a ticket or driving fine comes with a picture and footage is sent however they replied to me me on the email that i would need to pay and then get the evidence which is totally irrational and does not make sense. Action fraud have directed me to citizens advice, were i need to book an appointmentkryten3000 said:

hello did the officers come to remove any assets? I received the same letter and sent them an email they replied that they cant send me proof by email and that it would take 3-5 working days to send the so called evidence of the car parked. I went to the police and told me to jot open the door if they come and call 999 if they do come0 -

There are no 'officers'.
You did not need to ask the Police.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CITIZENS ADVICE.
I predict they'll think the letter is real because CAB staff tend to think that pretty much any letter saying there is a debt, is a real letter and real debt. Sad to say this, but that's the national CAB policy mindset - particularly believing that anything claiming to be a 'parking ticket' is a real fine - in our experience.
Or go along and come back here to tell us what the CAB adviser says. Surprise me. I'm interested to know if they can spot this is a laughable scam letter. I hope they can!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did they end up coming to your house to seize assests?Tujimo2024 said:Hello,
I too have received one letter and one email from this company. (Which I have attached below)
I'll be honest I didn't worry when when I got the initial letter, however I did see it was more forceful than previous ones. I can see why this would frighten some people. It's very forceful but a little digging and it's apparent it's mickey mouse.
-The spelling errors
-The fact they have said they've already sent me a letter (when they absolutely haven't)
-I've not received any court order
-There is no limited company attached to this front
-The website was generated just this year
-Scam detectors online strongly advise this is a scam company
-I have no CCJ on my credit file
-I have even purchased the Trust Online file which also shows nothing
-I've called the courts to ask if they hold any information regarding anyone requesting to open a case against me and they could tell me historic incidents from my past, but nothing in the last ten years
I've called the number for HCEO (the number on the letter) multiple times today to ask for further information regarding this 'company' and no matter which option I select, nobody answers and it eventually cuts off.
I'm happy for Syd and Dave to pop by for a chin wag but somehow, I don't think they know anything about these appointments.
I hope this gives you some comfort.
Keep us posted.
Thanks
