Thank you for the suggestion. Equifax and Experian are both clear for CCJ’s.
It would be registered with them now as
the bailiff letter says they sent their first letter in September 20230 -
These scam letters have been doing the rounds for about a year, I thought they had been stopped by now!

No company name or registration number on the website or letter. There is a similarly named company on Companies House, but with different registered details.
The letter is poorly written with spelling mistakes. No court case reference number etc.
Doesn't seem legit. As PP mentioned, check Trust Online to see if you have a CCJ

Total scam, seen numerous times here over the past year or so. The first two paragraphs of the letter include gibberish that no official organisation dealing with the High Court would write. Ignore them, but please refer to Action Fraud. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Does Their letter have you car reg on it? If so, you could ask DVLA who requested your data.3
-
These really have been going round for a while now2
-
Thanks for the suggestion It has the vehicle reg and a pcn number0
-
I will ask the dvla but are they likely to be helpful and give us that information?0
-
When you find out who asked for your data can you come back and let the regulars know - if DVLA are giving out data to enable fraudsters to fleece people it might help the case to change the way DVLA give out such data without any substantive checks in the future.5
