Evening all! Yipee its Friday!! Going to have a cheapie asda chinese & glass of wine & a late night as want to watch damages that I forgot to watch again on Monday! Catching up on here as not been on that much this week...book sounds interesting JB! Never listened to a recorded book - how do you download to ipod? Do you buy them? Got an mp3 but not very good at it IYKWIM! Would love an ipod but being a good dfw!!
Weekend of cheapie nce stuff planned; digging if poss tomorrow; some cooking, get the hang of my tesco diet & do the food shop and lovely mundane housework! Do need to buy a new sheet from ikea but other than that not much to be spent! Dont bet on the grand national as have been ante it since I was a child cos horses die in it & jumps are too big imo! My dad always hated that I hated it as he would scream & get all excited about it!! Poor bloke having an animal lover for a dtr - and a stroppy one at that!!
Babysittng was good wil hopefully be regular.Cat was gorgeous but realised this am that I need new olthes next time as was covered in hair!! Hope youre all ok? Hugs all! May also do cj this w/e!

oops crossed posts! Honeymoon sounds lovely LT & I totally agree re the housework but I do feel better when I've done it though!!

I have it saved on my computer and I could probably download it onto a CD and post it over to you if you fancy, then you could listen in the house/car etc - I think you could also write it on to your computer and download to your mp3 as well......

i do feel better when the housework is finished, but i really hate doing it and it takes it out of my hands (chemicals take the skin off my hand). Unfortunately my housework list is two columns long on A4 paper, i like to list every bit as i love putting a line through stuff, but still there's not enough time to get it all done. Have you heard from Sea? i haven't received the Cj yet, it's possible with this country bumpkin post that its waiting for a pigeon to pick it up and drop it off.
I'm aiming not to leave the house this weekend cept to put a cheque in the bank, have to say my remortgage went through very well (thanks P) and boy am i glad it's all sorted what with everything going on at the moment.

Morning debt busters! Thanks for the offer of the CD JB - will have a think...not sure I'd use it TBH as love reading IYKWIM! JUst finished "as it was in heaven" which is beautifully written...a blissful lazy 2 hrs in bed with toast & puss cat dotty sat on my tummy while I read. Simple pleasures. Going to go to allotment today as sun is shining and it wont be for long! Bath is running, sanwiches to be made & motivation to be found from somewhere! Housework (hoovering really) will have to wait! Hope you all have a good day..will catch up later...

I'm off round MIL's with the fam to help her empty out her kitchen cos she's having a new one fitted, a new floor and decorated etc.

But so far I'm having trouble moving my @rse, and another cup of tea and a good read in the garden seems much more appealing right now.
